Josue is a Co-Founder of The Baseball Foundation and serves in the United Nations' Pan American Health Organization/World Health Organization. Previously he served in the Obama Administration's Presidential Personnel Office at the White House and the President's Economic Recovery Advisory Board at the U.S. Department of the Treasury. He is a Master of Science in Analytics Candidate at Georgia Tech and holds a B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles . In 2010 he was Gilman Scholar to Thammasat University in Thailand.
